Job Description
Primary : 1. RHEL Linux Unix Broad knowledge and skilled in Linux OS environments. Detail knowledge of RHEL 5,6 & 7 OS version. 2. Experience in Satellite server patching 3. Install RHEL 7.x with RMD standard build specs on bare metal hosts 4 Facilitate New system onboarding (DNS, CMDB, syslog, monitoring, ops handoff) changes for new hosts 5. Experience of ERP Disaster Recover implementation [RecoverPoint for VMs, SRM, support for DataGuard implementation] 6. Experience of decommissioning of the servers, Add/delete the printers are per requirements on Dev environment 7. Expertise in system administration practices and troubleshooting 8. Familiarity with virtualization VMware 9. Basic idea of network security firewall and system hardening. Familiar with redundant bonded network, and VLAN configurations. 10. Expertise in file system management & LVM Secondary : Knowledge on tools such as SNOW, PRTG Good written and verbal communication in English Familiar with ITIL process
