Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
- Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues
- Basic Accounting knowledge.
- Must have an interest in Accounting, SAP, and Finance.
- Team Player and Target Oriented Invoice Processing- Po/ Non po Payment processing and banking vendor query resolution
- Employee expense processing
- Statement reconciliation
- Vendor clearing
- Other monthly reporting
- Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
- Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time
- Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
- Good written and verbal communication
- Handling calls Dealing with clients for trouble shooting their queries
- Meeting upon daily targets
- Managing calls for various clients – Domestic / International
