Responsibilities
- Domain – US Insurance
- Data – Back office
- MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication
- Troubleshooting skills
- Should be comfortable working in 24*7 shifts which also include support during US holidays
Eligibility
Educational Background
Generally a graduate in any stream (e.g., B.Com, BBA, B.E., B.Tech, MBA, M.Com)
Commerce degrees (B.Com/BBA/M.Com) are frequently preferred for finance-related processes
Experience Requirements
Typically 0–2 years experience, though some roles specify 1–2 years

Domain Knowledge & Skills
For finance-based roles: knowledge of banking, mortgage, commercial banking, capital markets, KYC/AML, or insurance, depending on the specific team

Familiarity with tools such as ERP, Pega, Salesforce, or HRMS platforms can be a plus
