  • BTech/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java fundamentals for 3-6 years 
  • Proficiency in Java EE, Springboot, Hibernate, ORM.

Responsibilities:
  • Candidate will be responsible for Utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other online resources to identify potential candidates that match the requirements of open positions.
  • Initiate contact and engage with prospective candidates through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls to effectively communicate job opportunities and generate interest.
  • Collaborating with the recruiters and stakeholders to identify candidates, develop internal recruitment processes, and enhance our overall candidate experience.
  • Continuously build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings through proactive sourcing strategies. Develop relationships with passive candidates and stay informed about industry trends and talent pools.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews for candidates, recruiting team members, and hiring. Conduct candidate reference calls and perform frequent check-ins..
