- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong understanding of AEM’s technical construct and architecture.
- Proven experience working with AEM on Cloud.
- Proficiency in experience fragments, templates, and other AEM terminologies.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing standards.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the bank’s digital banking website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Oversee the technical construct of AEM, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Work extensively with AEM on Cloud, managing deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and manage experience fragments, templates, and components within AEM.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure seamless content publishing and updates.
- Ensure website compliance with industry standards and best practices in HTML, CSS, and web accessibility.
- Work closely with the development team to integrate React or Angular components as needed.
- Monitor website analytics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to product stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies and digital banking.
