- Quality Assurance, Complaints / Reporting, CAPA, NCR’s
- Design History Files (DHF)- Remediation / Verification/Usability/ Risk Analysis
- Technical Expertise in evaluation of polymers/composites, additives, residues and material properties and root cause analysis of failures.
- 3 to 12 years of experience in BMS and other EV systems development and validation
- Understanding of HW, SW, Mechanical, Safety, Security, Validation and Certification aspects for Electric Vehicles.
- Good understanding of EV integration
- Experienced in e-powertrain domain validating and delivering production intent SW
- Very good understanding of System and Application SW requirements Electrification components such as on-board Charger and DC -DC.
- Analyze and understand the System requirements to develop Software requirements.
- Able to work with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in of Automotive systems and ASPICE process
- Good communication skills
