Eligibility
- Take ownership of developing essential features in Cornerstone’s enterprise SaaS product.
- Responsible for writing code, performing unit testing, implementing new features, and maintaining existing software.
- Partner with QA teams to ensure software quality during the testing phase.
- Design and develop scalable and high-performance solutions while keeping long-term architecture in mind.
- Help improve product quality and reduce customer-reported issues.
- Guide and support fellow team members with technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as cloud ops, support, QA, etc., to solve problems and enhance the product.

- Exposure to messaging/event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
- Ability to debug complex issues and provide resolutions effectively.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, agile development environment with frequent releases.
- Committed to writing automated and unit-tested code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about building reliable, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
